How do I start a committee?
Sign in, create a committee, and add your delegations. Roll call, the speakers list, caucuses, and voting are ready the moment you open the floor.
How many delegations can I add?
Up to 195 on the free Club plan, which covers every UN member state. Larger conferences on the Conference plan can go beyond that, so reach out and we will set you up.
Does the speakers list keep its own time?
Yes. Recognize a speaker and the clock starts. You can add, reorder, and yield in a tap, and the queue stays in order without you tracking it by hand.
What is the difference between a moderated and an unmoderated caucus?
Both get their own timer. A moderated caucus runs speaker by speaker with the chair recognizing each delegation. An unmoderated caucus runs one open block of debate. You can switch between them as the committee moves.
How does voting work?
Call a division, mark each delegation for, against, or abstain, and the majority is computed the instant the last placard drops. The result is written straight into the record.
Will I lose my session if my connection drops?
No. Sessions save automatically, so you can reload the page or switch to another device and pick up exactly where you left off.
Can I get a custom website for my conference?
Yes, on the Conference plan. That includes a custom site, custom branding, crisis committees, and customized parliamentary procedure. See Solutions for the full list, then email us to get it set up.
How much does MUNYUN cost?

Is my data secure?
Connections are encrypted end to end and your sessions are backed up regularly. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and why.
